RE: [GNU-COBOL] New to list
How long ago did this happen? What was the status of the project when it did?
Is there an archive of the postings so that I might get up to speed? And,
finally, is there still enough interest in this project to get it done?

Laura Tweedy .. tweedy@lusars.net, quited the project, then, you can
continue it if you want. The mail from Laua was the following:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Everybody...
I will be leaving the GNU Cobol project, effective immediately. I
really hoped to see the project succeed but due to some personal
decisions can no longer be involved in any major way.
I hope that someone else will come forward and take the lead on this
project.
I am happy to continue serving as an ftp server and mailinglist server
for the project if others are interested in continuing. If anybody
wants the code as it stands (non-working), I will send it to you.
Good luck!
laura
