OK, I absolutely don't understand why the categories should not be
synced. I change my categories fairly frequently, each time I take on a
new project, for example. Having my memos synced with the wrong category
on them is extremely confusing, particularly when the category name is a
project name from 2 or 3 years ago.

OK, so if the category info is synced only once, where is the file that
I can blow away to force it to sync again? Or is there an AppInfo sync
conduit that I can use as a starter? This is simply not acceptable.

Nothing is perfekt. Certainly not me.
Success to failure. Just a matter of degrees.
