I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is how syncing works and why you have a problem
(that would be the same regardless o the sync software)
When a record on the pda is changed, it flips a little changed flag for that record.
When it is synced, it flips that flag off again.
So you second sync is not picking up the changed records on the second sync since
the first sync resets the record changed flags
I believe Coldsync has an option to sync all records, not just those that have
changed. It will take longer but is your only recourse.
Have you tried syncing the other way? Syncing with Coldsync first and then the
Windows Hotsync will likely give you the same problem - but I don't think there is
a way around it
You may encounter other sync problems, in general it is a good idea to only sync to
one machine (it could be through a network though)
