	When you say USB is picking up your visor just fine, what do you mean?
Does lsmod show the visor module loaded, and using the usbserial module?  If 
so, are you pointing coldsync to /dev/ttyUSB1 (not /dev/ttyUSB0, as counter-
intiutive as it may sound), and does /dev/ttyUSB1 look like this:

	crw-r--r--   1 jferg    root     188,   1 Apr 29  2000 /dev/ttyUSB1

Remember that the visor doesn't show up as a USB device until you hit the 
hotsync button.  If you can give me more details as to exactly what problems
you're seeing, I can probably help you out, if what's in this message doesn't.
