Are you using the uhci.o, usb-uhci.o, or ohci.o USB host controller
driver?  If uhci.o, please us the usb-uhci.o driver, as the Visor
doesn't work properly with uhci.o at this time.

Also, what does the kernel debug log say when you try to sync?
