gnubol: What is the Status of the GNU-Cobol project

I realise this mailing list is for use by the developers, so I
appologise for the dumb questions.

I have been paging through the archive for the mailing list trying to
find out how far along the GNU-Cobol project is.  Unfortunately I
failed.

How far along is the project?
When will there be a version of the compiler available that ordinary
folks can play with?
How long before I can dump MicroFocus Cobol and use GNU-Cobol?

What is the relationship between Tiny Cobol and GNU-Cobol?
Which will product a robust compiler first?
