ah yes.  I have seen RECORD ARE all the time in a certain system.  It was a
Dutch person who wrote the sources.  But in Dutch there is a difference
between IS and ARE.  I have not seen Russian sources yet, but I can imagine
that they do not use IS at all.  That word is not even in the normal
language.  Oh well.

In generated systems there are also problems with native english.
I have seen irregularties in KEY generated systems, and in GENSCREEN.
