gnubol: Cobol Grammar!!!

Hello:

My name is John Sanabria, i'm magister student and i began a project
in which i want to parse programs written in cobol to pl/sql.

So, i want to know if you can give me a cobol grammar, already i
have the pl/sql grammar.
