Randall and I have discussed this in private e-mail and we think (I think) that
the problem can be solved by :
1. If someone isn't very familiar with Cobol (has no experience on this topic) he
could start by writing some test programs. If he encounters some problems he can
ask me by private e-mail and I'm willing to help.
2. If someone has some questions which aren't compiler-related but
language-related he can ask me also.
It's a pleasure for me to help people who want to learn how to use Cobol. Others
has helped me in the past and that's why I have a lot of experience.
