The m105 only syncs via: Serial to PC, Serial to
Modem, IrCOMM to PC, or IrCOMM to Modem. No
networking. I think Palm wanted you to buy into the
m5xx line before they included networking.
Note: I can see the SLIP and PPP prcs on my PDA, I
guess Palm just hobbled the hotsync program.

And ship the data back to the source and perform
necessary serial handshaking, etc...

I agree. My only solution so far is to have my cradle
directly connected to my Linux server. Not a bad
solution, but that makes it a bit of a pain
to use with my workstation running "another"(r) os.
