Can you grab 2.5.56?  There are some usb serial fixes since 2.5.51 that
might help figure this out better.

Remember, your device does not show up to the computer as a USB device
UNTIL you press the sync button on your device.  So do that first :)

Press the sync button first, then run coldsync.  It could be a timing
issue on your part, but I have had people report successful syncs on
this device (it was with pilot-link though...)

Also, if that doesn't work, load the visor driver with:
	insmod visor debug=1
and try to sync again.  Then send the kernel log debug output here.
