[coldsync-hackers] uid in /etc/palms and /etc/coldsync.conf - but nevermind who loggedsync works

HI.

I have 3 linux users using palms.
My config files have lines where each palm_serial_number is assigned to
each uid.
Each user logs in,starts coldsync , and synchronizes his palm. (I can't
use it as deamon - nevermind why).
The problem is - when someone logs in and put wrong palm, coldsync
synchronizes. Coldsync doesn't care which palm is in cradle.
Coldsync says that it found a match in /etc/coldsync.conf , but doesn't
care what uid is in pda section.

Why is that?
As far as I remember it worked ok in previous versions. When someone had
putted wrong palm, coldsync broke connection.
