Not in any stable distribution.
In the current CVS version, built-in conduits (which are
compiled into the 'coldsync' executable) get an argument that
describes the PDA. (This was added Apr. 27)
It would be nice if this information were also passed to
external conduits via a set of headers, but this hasn't been added
yet.
If you want to add this, it should be relatively easy. Take a
look at "TODO" (for the header names) and "src/conduit.c"
(specifically, the run_conduit() function).
