mm.. i'm not sure of what are the functionalities we expect from autorescue.
let's try to elaborate.
Here are the current feature requests:
 1 - Automatic install of some files when userid==0, both 
 local and system wide.
   (auto-rescue?)
 2 - Automatic check of files that _must_ be on the palm, 
  everytime, both local and system wide?
  (auto-what?)
 3 - Automatic restore of files in /backup when userid==0 
 (auto-restore?)
 Anything else?
 Maybe #1 could collapse in #2 with autoinit enabled?
