I've finally setup the anonymous read-only access for ColdSync CVS.
Do this to obtain the latest sources:
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.coldsync.org:/var/lib/cvs login
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.coldsync.org:/var/lib/cvs co coldsync
Use "anonymous" as password when requested.
Be aware the coldsync version in the CVS tree could harm your
data, crash your PDA, etc etc.. you will take the full responsability, as
usual ;)
Noteworthy changes:
- Listen blocks can have an optional name, like
listen serial "m505" ....
- -n <listen_block_name> option to select
the proper listen block.
As a side effect, -md doesn't accept any protocol or device
paramenter anymore. i'm trying to fix this.
A large portion of code has been reorganized today. While
this reorganization shouldn't have changed ColdSync's behaviour,
it may have introduced new bugs. I'd be happy if some
people can test it, but make sure you have made a backup!
