[coldsync-hackers] Appinfo categories - final ?

As far as we all concerned, one of core features of ColdSync is to have an
exact copy of PDB on a server.
In case your PDA lost, broken, hard-resetted etc... you have a recourse -
install PDB from server.
What we are having now is quite different - you can make many significant
changes to a PDA (add/remove/rename categories, move records around
categories), and those changes are NOT reflected on server until you run
slow sync.
So when disaster strikes - there is quite good chance your PDBs are badly
screwed up and out of date.
This defeats the whole purpose of ColdSync, something have to be done about
it.
If there is no way to check if AppInfo chnaged or not, than simplest way is
to update AppInfio every sync.
