There isn't one in the "etc" location, but here's the .coldsyncrc:

listen serial {
	protocol: simple;
	device: /dev/ttyUSB1;
}

pda "Clie" {
	snum: H0620VRD75KT-8;
	username: "nowan";
	userid: 1000;
	directory: /home/nowan/Palm;
	default;
}

I tried adding the spead line, but that made no difference (both with
the protocol set to simple and to net).

Well, I've tried them all (default, full, simple, net), along with
variations on ttyUSB0 & 1.  If there's some variation I haven't tried,
I'm not sure what it is.
