I tried to implement the deletion part and failed for unknown
reasons (code again on request).

I do a fetch (to receive new mail), a sync (to delete mail
already read) and a dump (to send mail).

The delete on sync works _sometimes_ only, the fetch has a unique
function based on md5sums and comparision if equal, to avoid
duplicate insertions from my local mailbox into the Inbox.

Dump works as advertised, but will delete only next time at the
PDA (which is ok, because I usally read more mail, then I write).
