I have written a hack of an AddressDB conduit in C++. I have not posted it
because it is not very clean code, it saves the addresses in a plain text file
(so that I can edit them with emacs), and it requires the library patch that
has not (yet) been included in coldsync. I use it, but others might not find
it very useful.

I would be happy to post it somewhere if anyone is interested.
