[coldsync-hackers] DOCs being deleted?

I'm running coldsync 2.1.3, and using Quickword as my DOC
reader/editor.  Occasionally I use tools other than coldsync to talk to
my Palm Vx, such as malsync or the pilot-link tools.

It seems that every once in a while, either coldsync or my Palm decides
it's time to delete all of my DOC PDBs.  They luckily are shoved into
the Attic directory, but it's a pain to have to reinstall a meg of PDBs
when this happens.

I suspect it happens when running coldsync after malsync or the
pilot-link tools, but I'm not positive.  Has anybody else run into this
problem?
