[coldsync-hackers] More on TCP and UDP connections to ColdSync in Network Daemon mode

I just looked how pilot-link organized.
It has special daemon - pi-csd, which listens to incoming UDP wakeup
requests on port 14237 and replies to them, nothing else.
I do suggest to remove UDP listener from ColdSync and make it a separate
program.
The rest is ok - Coldsync will handle incoming TCP connections just fine.
