Yes, it is what I am talking about.
I am going to do the try the following setup:
PDA -> Linux (relay) -> HostSync/Coldsync
PDA would login to Linux using normal PPP login ( NOT ) and then I'll try to
do NetSync and packet analysis - to figure out what Palm sends in this case.
What I did recently was the like this:
wireless gybrid phone + Palm (Kyocera QCP-6035) -> Sprint Dial-UP -> Linux
(Coldsync)
IP address was set on Kyocera, and behaved well - I mean it did sent UDP
packets first to wake up and then normal TCP connection.
