[coldsync-hackers] help w/Visor USB timeouts

Hi all,

I just bought a 2MB Visor Graphite ($149 at BestBuy) and am
trying to get it to sync w/my linux 2.4.4 box. I keep getting timeouts. I have
attached some pieces of what I think are relevant information; please
help me (and I will gladly supply anything else that seems useful). 

ps: I have used USB (uhci-alt driver) successfully in the past to connect to my
Epson scanner.
