I have had very little luck with fetch conduits. I'm using dump conduits almost
exclusively. Once I finally figured out how "helper class" modules are supposed
to work, I wrote some dump modules, and they work great, but I need to spend
some more time working with the fetch side of things.

I'm using conduits for: memos, todo, mail, punchclock, addressbook, progect,
and the cool timesync thing that someone posted last month.
