[coldsync-hackers] New version: Linux + Visor update

	I've uploaded a new version:

This is the prime stable release candidate. Please give it a try and
see if you find any bad bugs.

	The main fix in this version is that syncing a Visor under
Linux should now work much better.
	For those who care, the problem appears to have been that
either the Visor or the Linux USB-to-serial driver, or something in
between, doesn't like very short packets, or something.
	ColdSync used to transmit low-level SLP packet header, body,
and trailer with three separate write()s. Switching to just one
write() per packet appears to have fixed the problem.
