from which you can download.

As far as I can tell noone is actively working on it.

My preprocessor/parser is at http://www.geocities.com/timjosling
I am still working hard on this. I have just managed to get the
GCC code generation to output some code for me, but it is still a
long way from being a usable cobol compiler.

I will announce anything new in comp.lang.cobol
