gnubol: One vendor's "compiler limit" list

Related to a current thread, please see

 http://www.s390.ibm.com/bookmgr-cgi/bookmgr.cmd/BOOKS/IGYLR204/APPENDIX1%2e1

which provides the IBM compiler limits. This table is ALMOST impossible to
read online (they have a column width problem that I have just reported to
the book owners). If you happen to have a hardcopy of their current LRM, it
is Appendix 1. HOWEVER, even if you don't have a hardcopy of this, you
should be able to (vaguely) figure out what they place limits on and what the
limits are.
