[GNU-COBOL] List Relocation

	In part of the ongoing effort to move the GNU-Cobol project away 
from using resources at UMR, the gnu-cobol mailing list is moving.  Effective
immediately, the new list address is gnu-cobol@lusars.net.   The old address 
will still work for a while, but will be phased out.  The new address of the 
mailing list archive will be:

	http://www.lusars.net/maillists/gnu-cobol/

Please start using these new addresses.
