[GNU-COBOL] Free COBOL Manuals

There was a query about availability of cobol manuals on the list
a while back.

Fujitsu COBOL has a free version for Windows,
which comes with a lot of manuals in PDF format.

The language manual is quite specific on where FJ
cobol diverges from the standard so you could get a fair way with
that.

These can all be downloaded free of charge. See www.adtools.com.

I have ordered the cobol clarifications #24-28. These are issued
by the
ANSO committee in response to questions about the *many*
ambiguities
in the standard. I'll let you know if it has any surprises.
