One option is cvstrac (http://www.cvstrac.org/cvstrac/). Besides giving you 
a (admittedly minimal) Wiki, it gives you a bug tracking system that's 
integrated with CVS.

It might be a bit too weak on Wiki features and customization options, 
however, and migrating away from CVS to, say, Subversion is hard. Going 
with TWiki in the short term if probably a better option since it looks 
like that functionality could be added later on via a plugin 
(must...resist...the...urge...)
