Re: [coldsync-hackers] file upload/download
Palm OS has no files per se - it has databases (PDB) and programs (PRC) - so
question is fundamentaly wrong.
It must be reformulated as follows:
a) how can I see on PDA contents of my PDF file ?
or may be less obvious use:
b) can I transfer my file (PDF or any other) from one PC to another PC using
PDA as a medium ?
Let's discard case b) as pretty useless
So this leaves us with case a).
Answer is quite clear - if we will have PDF reader on PDA, we should be able
to view PDF file, and may be many of them.
Each PDF file should be a collection of records in PDB.
I think this answers the question in theory.
In practice our good friends at Adobe did this trick, of course. They are
smart guys.

So ColdSync can used for sure ...
