	I run plenty of lists on my own, and moderation is probably 1-2
emails a month that I have to go through and discard or approve manually.
It's not a difficult process to do, and is generally done at the list owner
level, not by users. That being said, this has nothing to do with valid
subscribers, who are free to post to the list unabated. Moderation only
kicks in when someone NOT subscribed tries to send directly to the list.

	As you can see from the previous emails, 147k * (number of
subscribers) is quite a bit of bandwidth, and those junk messages get
indexed on the ColdSync site, which is wasteful.

	So no, I'm not volunteering, since I am not the list owner, nor do I
wish to be (my plate is full enough), but the workload required to moderate
the list is minimial.
