First, I'm sorry for asking the same type of question as you always see,
but nothing I've found on Google seems to work. So... I've got a Palm
m500 and I'm running FreeBSD 4.7 stable.
I've got USB working in my kernel, and when I put the palm on the cradle
and push the hotsync button, I get a message on my console saying
"ugen0: " and then some other stuff, including "addr 2." So the point is
that USB recognizes the palm.
However, when I try to run coldsync (/usr/local/bin/coldsync -mI-t usb
-s ${DEVNAME}) it says it can't open a connection. I've run it as root,
with an attach statement in usbd.conf and as a regular user, with no
luck... Any ideas?
thanks...
Greg
