Hi,
I don't understand how the syncing should really work. It seems just random luck, if it succeeds (with pilot-xfer, with coldsync never). I have a sony clie, linux with 2.4.19 and I'm syncing via the usb device.
my port is /dev/usb/tts/1, but it doesn't exist until I press the hotsync button; so coldsync reports "device not found".
If I press the hotsync button, the device is created, but coldsync now says: "press the hotsync button on your palm" and nothing happens (I already just pressed that button) and pressing again doesn't change anything?!?
What should I do?
thanks for helping
Michael
