I need to connect Sony Clie SL10 and Red Hat 7.2. Firstly I re-compile
my kernel 2.4.7 with patch for support Sony Clie for visor and usbserial
modules:
http://nick.kreucher.net/clie/clie-linux-2.4.9.patch
Then I did see following in /var/log/messages:
====

bus1/2,

====
This message looks good without last line..
Then I use ColdSync and unfortunately it's failed. Sony starts HotSync
app and HotSync button on LCD is pressed. Then ColdSync started and
prompted: "Please press HotSync button" without any action...
I guess others use cradle button but I use USB cable without cradle and
some cradle button. I did try kernel 2.4.18 and the same result. Then I
did try hotplug disable and resut the same without last line in message:
"Dec 29 13:28:53 localhost /etc/hotplug/usb.agent: ... no drivers for USB
product 54c/66/100"
I appreciate if somebody help me what I did wrong.
Best Regards,
Sergey
