So,
I finally decided to upgrade my Palm Vx and flashed it with the PalmOs
4.1 upgrade. Imagine when my chagrin when I attempted to coldsync (2.2.5
on FreeBSD-stable) and got the error:
##### Bad response ID: expected 0x92, got 0x90.
Error: Can't get system info.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
AARGH! I googled around and looked thru' the archives, but there
doesn't seem to be anything about this other than:

If I don't use a password, I just get a seg-fault.... Does the version
in CVS fix this problem?
Cheers.
