Sorry… A newbie question.

I am using FreeBSD 4.7 and the port works fine, but it is old and I want to try the cvs.

I read in the archive that you have to use autogen to create configure. ? But how ?

I installed autogen (/usr/ports/devel/autogen) …

There is no man page and http://autogen.sourceforge.net/ leaves me a little lost…

OT I know. But some help would be appreciated…
