[coldsync-hackers] debug interpretation please



I have used every debug flag here to get as much info as possible.

I am using a Sony Clie with FreeBSD 4.7 with about a week old coldsync
version which I got with CVS.
 
The /dev/ugen0: Device not configured seems to happen until I push the
hot sync button. After that, it detects the vendor code, then
just times out without communciating further.

If someone could give me an idea what to look for here;
