I just added the support for the linux capabilities/privileges
subsytesm (libcap).
coldsync now drops all unrequired privileges on startup.
Don't know how much this can be useful... anyway only a few
lines of code have been added and there's a cofigure option
to disable it.
By default, the support will be enabled if libcap
is found on the system at configure time.
