It seems that if the backup file for a PDB doesn't exist on the
workstation in a "fetch" or "sync" conduit, ColdSync.pm crashes
somewhere in its ConduitMain function with the following error:
Can't open "/home/pp/.palm/backup/PluckerUserGuide.pdb": No such file or
directory
This is a bit silly, since a fetch conduit could create the PDB file,
and a sync conduit could possibly not use the PDB file at all (say that
it syncs with another application or to a database).
