Hi all,
I searched mails discussing this problem in March. Cliff L. Biffle's dump on
Sony Clie helped me a lot in understanding the packets. Thanks, Cliff.
I noticed in the source code, 'simple' protocol mode is actually the same as the
'netsync' protocol mode, except the first no-header response from the
device.(according to Cliff's dump, he seemed to get the header from Clie, didn't
you, Cliff?) Dose it mean that Palm and Sony devices used netsync protocol
during the whole procedure of USB communication, instead of changing back to SLP
protocol after hand-shanking?
Thanks
-Joey
