[coldsync-hackers] new timesheet-conduit

Hi,

i wrote a conduit to dump timesheet-data to an xml-file. It comes with
an xsl-stylesheet to generate html-reports.

This is experimental software. Use it on your own risk.

Please send me comments and bugs.
