All working wel, which is how I managed to get somewhat meaningful error 
messages.

I assume you mean I must recompile the kernel w/ the visor patch. I'll do that 
once I am reasonably sure 2.4.19 is not coming out in rpm soon. (not scared 
to recompile kernel, but rpm is lazier ;-))
