[coldsync-hackers] Dirty attribute after sync

I need to find the PDB records that have changed during the sync in a dump
conduit

Can I just look for PDB records that have the dirty attribute set or does
the generic conduit reset all the dirty attributes

I suspect that I have to compare all of the records against those in the
server app to make sure nothing has changed
