I don't think you should run it from init.d at all.
Comment out the lines (instead of just erasing them)
Try the command and options from the command line and try syncing repeatedly
If that works, run the same command line from someplace other than init.d
(like /etc/rc.d/rc.local)

Hi.
Problem is as in subject.
I have lines in /etc/services
and in /etc/init.d/coldsyncd : /usr/bin/coldsync -p . -s -t net -dsync:5
-dmisc:1 -l /var/log/coldsync.log -md - &
Synchronization goes OK, but after it coldsync quits.
How to solve this?
Sorry if it's a stupid problem.
