This is simple.
When you put this line -  netsync-wakeup  dgram   udp     wait    root
/usr/bin/coldsync
in inetd.conf, inetd binds port 14237.
So naturally, ColdSync cannot bind that port again and fails.
As I pointed out several times, Coldsync as it is now cannot be used with
inetd/xinetd.
