[coldsync-hackers] Fetch-mail conduit

Anyone feel like helping me test and put the finishing touches on an
adaption of the fetch-mail conduit that will do full synchronization between
an email mailbox and the Palm Mail app?

This is a fetch conduit and a dump conduit

I couldn't find an existing conduit that would do full synchronization so
I've been working on this
