I think it just came in the coldsync tar

The filename is: copy-appinfo

It may not be ideal, but it's an interim solution

Here's my concept:
1. fetch conduit to sync against cached PDB
2. sync conduit (doesn't grab categories)
3. sync conduit to grab category changes
4. dump conduit to update categories on server from cached PDB

should work since the records don't save the category names, just a number
pointing to which category the record belongs

this doesn't allow category changes on the server to make corresponding
changes on Palm but hopefully someone will modify copy-appinfo to make a
sync-appinfo in the future
