[coldsync-hackers] SPC.pm

 I added a lot  of functions to the SPC.pm perl module. 

 Now i need someone to write the documentation,
  just a couple of lines for each new function, so
  that it can be added to the coldsync archive without
  compromising the quality of existing code ;).
