I've been inside and out their group, both "officially" as a paid
contract with my previous employer, and on a personal level. Their guys
blame Linux, the Linux developers blame IBM hardware. It's a lose:lose
situation. Trust me, you're safer outside that group. Less politics.

I built the SMP kernel, but of course, apm and sound totally locked
it up. I had to give the box back to IBM before I could go poking around
those parts to make them all work nicely. When the T23 gets here, I will
resume and fill your spool with traces. =)
